The Earthbody Movement offers immersive programs in nature that use dance and movement to facilitate an embodied connection to the earth within and around us. These programs help to catalyse the holistic transformation of our inner and outer environments that is necessary for our collective thriving.

You are invited to move beyond modern distortions of dance and to reclaim one of the greatest tools for personal and planetary restoration that is innate to all humans. In doing so, we move towards the rewilding and decolonisation of dance, our bodies, and the places that sustain us.

Join us in this dance of reciprocity to embody and commune with the natural world, and remember the wild wisdom of our bodily selves.

"When you dance on the land, you're letting Mother Earth know you still care about her. This is about restoring the energy, dancing the spirit back into this country,

and dancing the spirit back into ourselves "

- Major 'Moogy' Sumner, Ngarrindjeri  Senior  Elder

The Earthbody Movement wishes to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands upon which our programs and offerings are held. We pay our deepest respects to the Ancestors and Elders, past, present and emerging, and give thanks for the opportunity to gather, dance, and connect on their Country for the well-being of all life.

The team at The Earthbody Movement also wishes to express our profound respect for Indigenous cultures around the world. Any programs or offerings that refer to Indigenous wisdom is done so with direct permission from the keepers of that knowledge who are referenced accordingly.

Dance, movement, and earth connection skills are consistent practices for cultivating connection across all cultures in human history, and our goal is to keep these practices alive and highlight their importance in the modern day.
